i just read an article about how here in iowa law enforcement and legislation are working together to reevaluate their policies on paroled sex offenders. This comes after a convicted sex offender killed a ten year old girl.
I don’t get why we let them out of prison in the first place. Then we wouldn’t have to worry about ‘safety zones’ and ‘real-time GPS wristbands.’ We should treat every sex offender as a possible repeat offender. Prisons overcrowded? Maybe cut some drug offenders some slack. I feel like they don’t do as much damage as sex offenders.
On another note, Ron Paul feels that to take care of pirates we should use letters of marque and reprisal. The federal government would pay private citizens massive amounts of money to take out pirates.
I think I want to be a privateer.
